My name is Doguhan, I’m 25 years old, and I’ve been working at Rutronik in Quality Management in Ispringen since December 2022.
In my area, I handle technical customer complaints and thus act as the interface between the customer and the supplier. Since our customers purchase the goods from us, we are their first point of contact as the supplier.
My main task is to keep the customer informed on one hand, and on the other, to ensure that the analysis by the manufacturer is carried out promptly. This puts me in constant communication with both parties.
I like that our goals are clearly defined, yet we still have the freedom to organize our work independently in order to achieve these goals. What I really appreciate are the colleagues, both in our department and in others, because there’s always someone who’s willing to listen and lend a hand when questions arise.
I also find it wonderful that at events or trainings, we get to meet colleagues from branch offices or international locations, allowing us to connect with people from all over the world.
