Rutronik’s regular traineeget-together celebrates its “premiere”

Anticipation was high among the roughly 25 trainees and students who gathered at the Schlossberg venue from 6pm. Holger Hary, who is in charge of the training programs, had put a lot of thought into organizing the evening and gave us all a warm welcome. After outlining some organizational points, the mood became more relaxed and convivial.

While enjoying refreshing drinks and tasty food in a fun atmosphere, the get-together also gave those present the chance to engage in some interesting conversations. A wide range of experiences from the training or dual-track programs were exchanged and discussed. It was fascinating to gain insights into the other training occupations and study courses as well as to make new contacts. Holger Hary also took this opportunity to talk to as many of us as possible. Feeling invigorated and happy after spending a wonderful few hours together, we made our way home.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of all the participants to thank Holger Hary for a very enjoyable and successful evening. A big thank you also goes to Rutronik for making such moments possible for the trainees, thereby strengthening the sense of community. We are already looking forward to the next regular trainee get-together!
