What are your tasks as an Internal Sales Assistant at R24?
I am Jessica, 29 years old and have been with Rutronik since May 2022. My tasks as Internal Sales Assistant at R24 consist of maintaining customer relationships, providing optimal service, creating offers and orders and also acquiring and building up new customers. We represent our Rutronik 24 online store, where customers can shop independently and manage their activities. I would say the future of tomorrow. 😊
What challenges do you face every day in your job?
The main challenge is to create a good overview and find an organization for yourself. Things often fall by the wayside. Things don't always go according to plan. It is therefore important to set priorities and systematically complete your tasks step by step. This can often be demanding, so you have to try to keep a cool head.
What does your typical working day look like?
I don't think there is a classic working day. Some days it feels like you're only involved in customer meetings and only on the phone 😃 and on other days you do a lot of things in writing.
What do you particularly like about working at Rutronik?
What I particularly like about working at Rutronik is the team spirit, the solidarity and the fact that you are not alone when you have questions. You have an open ear for each other.
