Hanna has been working at Rutronik since 2020 and joined the company as a line manager after completing her dual studies. Here you can find out what daily challenges she faces and get an exclusive insight into her day-to-day work.
WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN TASKS?
As a Line Manager, I am the strategic link between one of our manufacturers and Rutronik. In our job, we take on a variety of tasks. We take care of all issues that arise in connection with the manufacturer assigned to us. Two important areas are the analysis and optimization of cooperation - including all business developments - as well as all marketing activities relating to the manufacturer.
What projects have been keeping you busy lately?
We Line Managers are all currently preparing for the Quarterly Business Reviews.
This means that we are analyzing the past business quarter together with our manufacturer and the various product areas. We talk about possible improvements, discuss future developments and make appropriate decisions.
How would you describe your job in just one sentence?
Our job is very versatile and varied, and we are involved in many different processes.
What do you particularly enjoy about working at Rutronik/TRUH?
I particularly like the training program at Rutronik, as I have benefited from it myself. It makes it much easier for students and trainees to start their careers. I particularly appreciate the fact that Rutronik gives young people the opportunity to take on responsibility and work independently at an early stage.
