Graduation ceremony of the apprenticesin summer 2020

Rutronik congratulates its graduates this summer.

Final year 2020 - at the start, everything was still going to plan, but then things got serious with covid, and in the end everything was different. The final year of training proved more difficult than expected due to the corona situation. But the trainees Nadine Seidl, Steffen Mast, and Nicolás Vallés did not lose focus on their overall goal. Rutronik honored its trainees in the summer of 2020 and proudly presented them with their IHK certificates, albeit at a somewhat smaller event.

“Thank you for choosing to complete your training with us and for continuing your career here at Rutronik,” Sarah Sievers, HR Specialist Vocational Training, said during the graduation ceremony.

Holger Hary, also HR Specialist Vocational Training, was delighted with the excellent results achieved by the trainees and congratulated them with a corona-compliant handshake from a safe distance.

Nadine Seidl, who successfully completed a training program to become a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, has been offered a position at the Rutronik Logistics Center due to her excellent performance.

Steffen Mast, an IT Specialist majoring in Systems Integration, who also demonstrated excellent performance throughout the training program, has accepted the offer to continue working at Rutronik as an IT Systems Manager.

Having successfully completed the training program in Wholesale and Foreign Trade, Nicolás Vallés was named the “Best Apprentice of 2020” and took home a brand-new iPad for all his hard work. The colleagues at the Rutronik24 department look forward to welcoming Nicolás into the team as an Internal Sales Assistant for the Freiburg region.
